Hallberg & McClain was founded by nationally respected medical malpractice attorney Mark Hallberg in 2004. Consistently named among the elite trial attorneys in his field, Mr. Hallberg joined forces with Teresa Fariss McClain who brings to the firm an uncommon blend of experience as a registered nurse, law clerk and experienced attorney.
Mr. Hallberg has tried more than 75 trials to verdict. He is certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Civil Litigation Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is also a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an organization whose membership represents the top one percent of trial attorneys in the nation.
Ms. McClain is a cum laude graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law. Having served as a registered nurse in obstetrics and adult critical care for more than 20 years, she is uniquely qualified to represent clients to achieve just outcomes.
