Ann Marie Gilligan, RN, SANE-A is the Legal Nurse Consultant at Hallberg & McClain, P.A. She has practiced as a registered nurse for 20 years in the areas of labor and delivery, nursery, postpartum and antepartum care. As a Legal Nurse Consultant, she assists the attorneys in evaluating medical negligence claims, researching medical issues and locating medical experts. In addition to her duties at Hallberg & McClain, P.A., she is a sexual assault nurse examiner at a level 1 trauma center. Ms. Gilligan is a graduate of St. Catherine's Nursing program and has earned the title of SANE-A, which recognizes the achievement of the highest standards of a sexual assault nurse examiner. She is a member of the International Association of Forensic Nursing.
Ms. Gilligan lives in Arden Hills with her husband Thom and their 3 children.
