Paralegal Maggie Palmisano brings 25 years of legal experience to Hallberg & McClain, and has worked with Mark Hallberg in the areas of medical malpractice, automobile and vehicular negligence, and personal injury law for 20 years. She works closely with clients to gather information and assist in the investigation, development and presentation of their claims. She also specializes in the use of computers to streamline case administration. She received her Associate in Applied Science Legal Assistant degree with honors from North Hennepin Community College in 1991.
Ms. Palmisano is a member of the Minnesota Paralegal Association as well as the Paralegal Section of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. She is well regarded for her ability to research economic viability of clients' financial damages and communicate with economic expert witnesses. She is dedicated to the firm's goal of helping clients achieve fair compensation for their injuries in order to improve the quality and security of their lives.
Ms. Palmisano lives in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, with her husband, Pete, and their two sons.
